To cork or not to cork...

More wineries now prefer to seal their bottles using screw caps (known formally as “stelvin closures”). The wine experts agree with the research that cork taint affects over 10% of wines sealed by cork and stelvin closures are a better way to bottle the better wine. Within the next ten years most fine wines will be sealed by a screw cap. So, if we serve you a bottle that has a screw cap, you will know that it has been kept in perfect condition for you to enjoy.

Please note that vintages are subject to change due to availability. An optional 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill, all of which goes to the staff.
